The service

HD Southern Development designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites for businesses. Our standard way of working is the free trial: we build your website and put it live, you use it for four weeks at no cost, and you then decide whether to keep it.

The free trial

During the trial there is nothing to pay and no obligation to continue. If you decide the website is not for you, tell us and we will take it down. You will not be charged anything.

If you decide to keep the website, a one-off setup fee of £200 becomes payable, followed by £25 per month.

What the monthly fee covers

The £25 per month covers hosting, an SSL certificate, security and technical maintenance, reasonable content and image updates when you ask for them, and ongoing improvements. It is not a fixed-term contract: you can cancel at any time. Because the fee covers hosting, a cancelled site will need to be hosted elsewhere, and we will help you with a fair handover.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, text and images you supply, and you confirm you have the right to use them. The design and content built for your business are yours. We do not publish invented reviews, ratings or claims on any site we build.

Our commitments and limits

We build every site to a professional standard and keep it running on reliable infrastructure. No website provider can guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results, and we do not make those guarantees. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before any claim.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

If something is wrong, email hdsoutherndevelopment@gmail.com and we will put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
