What happens after the free trial?
If you're happy, you pay a one-off £200 setup fee and £25/month from then on. If you're not, just tell us. We take the site down and part ways with no hard feelings. There's no automatic charge and no pressure during the trial.
What does the £25/month actually include?
Everything needed to keep your site running and improving: fast hosting, SSL security, technical maintenance, content and image updates when you need them, ongoing improvements, and direct support from us. No surprise invoices for small changes.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime. There's no fixed-term contract. If you cancel, we'll help you transition, the £25/month covers hosting and support, so a cancelled site would need hosting elsewhere, and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do I own the website?
The design and content built for your business are yours. We host and maintain the site as part of your monthly plan. If you ever leave, we don't hold your business hostage. We'll work with you on a fair handover.
Do you build online ordering systems?

Do you build booking systems?

Can you update the site for me after launch?
Yes, that's a core part of the £25/month. New photos, price changes, new services, seasonal offers: send them over and we'll handle it. You never need to touch code or a clunky editor.
Do you only work with businesses in Southampton?
Southampton is home, but we work with businesses across the whole South Coast. Hampshire, Dorset, and West Sussex. Because everything is handled online and by phone, location is rarely a barrier.
